AJUN and BAJU are Ajuna’s utility tokens for Polkadot and Kusama respectively.
In addition, three other types of assets can be integrated into games hosted on Ajuna: GAME Tokens, Trustscore tokens, and playable NFTs.
Games running on Ajuna can launch their own individual game tokens. GAME tokens are used to access and pay for Ajuna Network services related to a specific game, such as transaction fees arising from in-game actions, or for using the game logic layer. To establish a GAME token, the game developer first needs to acquire an Ajuna Game Chain slot by staking either AJUN, in the case of games running on Polkadot, or BAJU for Kusama.
The Trustscore token is not tradeable and has one key purpose: to determine how trustworthy a player is. A fixed initial amount of Trustscore tokens is delivered to each account to represent a neutral player who has neither gained, nor lost trust. Accounts with greater quantities of tokens can be deemed to be more trustworthy, whereas accounts with fewer tokens can be considered less reliable.
While there is no compulsory NFT Standard for Ajuna games, the network supports the ecosystem standards by default. Such NFTs include features such as metadata and will be tradable across multiple blockchain architectures.
